West San Jose NJB is an all-volunteer organization. It is expected that each family will contribute a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer work. There are a variety of volunteer position available, including:

• Board Member
• Head Coach
• Assistant Coach
• Volunteer Coordinator
• Fundraising Coordinator
• Schedule Coordinator
  
• Registration Volunteer
• Evaluation Day Volunteer (All-Net and Division)
• Picture Day Volunteer
• Team Parent (one per team)
  

There will also be additional volunteer opportunities during the year. Watch for NJB email announcements, and talk to your coach.

Please print and fill out the volunteer form (PDF format) to record your volunteer activity for the season. At the beginning of the season, we will collect a volunteer deposit from each family. The check will be returned with the return of a completed volunteer form at the end of the season.
